• General Information

Bad Dragon (BD) is a fantasy and furry sex toy store based in Phoenix, Arizona. It is one of the most well-known names in the fantasy toy industry, as it has used pop culture references and its status as “the weird dragon dildo store” to achieve a wider range of influence and clients. Like most fantasy toy stores, Bad Dragon uses platinum-cure silicone, a body-safe material, in softer-than-mainstream firmnesses in order to offset the heavy texture on most of their designs. Bad Dragon is also known for offering very large toys, though their small and mini toys are on the larger side because of this as well.

Bad Dragon offers insertables, penetrables, sheaths, packers, and other merchandise as well as accessories, though their packers have been reviewed as being unsuitable for public wear due to the models used being erect; they may instead be suitable as a regular toy in a much lower firmness than what is usually available. Bad Dragon ships internationally, and customs are always available.

• In the early days of the store, offered a toy called ‘The Adolescent’, and advertised it with focus on the character’s youth. [source]

• A major shareholder of Bad Dragon, Kamo Two-Paws, been charged with rape and bestiality. [source]
• One of Bad Dragon’s founders was the owner of Herpy.net, a forum focused on how to ‘safely’ molest reptilian pets such as snakes and lizards. The forum was closed shortly after the Masterlist reported on it. [source]
• A co-founder of the company molested a dolphin and sent the video to their partner, who was also a co-founder. There were no negative repercussions from the company. [source]

• The company released a statement about consent being important when 50 Shades of Gray opened in theaters, after discussion on their forums about how negatively the series was portraying BDSM, and then contradicted their statement by dropping a large amount of gray and gray-marbled toys into inventory. • They have sent a cease and desist to an artist at a charity event for creating a design using a voted-in name that shared Bad Dragon’s. They then later lifted the design for use on merchandise and toy branding. [source]

False Advertising and Quality Control

• Inventory images may not reflect the actual purchased product, especially on specialty colors. [source]
• Have used different lighting in advertisement photographs of the Alexandrite color, making the preview images of a product much different than the actual color. [source]
• Up until the site revamp, color options no longer offered were used to promote toys, such as colored tongues on muzzles and split lips on penetrables. [source]
• They offered ‘cool surprises’ every time a winner was announced on a contest; nothing was added or dropped, winners were announced quietly through social media. [contest]

• Their Pride Month promo stated something new would happen each week. Rainbow stickers dropped on the first week, and nothing else followed until a rainbow toy drop at the end of the month. No color other than rainbow was made available.
• Labs have been declared ‘under maintenance’ for over a year, meaning all designs submitted still belong to Bad Dragon and cannot be created or sold elsewhere, despite the Labs themselves not being uses. Nothing has been said about it being closed for good, or a returning date.
  
  If you have a design in the Labs, some have reported they were able to get their designs removed by ticketing the company.
• The review and reward system, which formerly gave store credit for honest toy reviews, has been removed for updating for upwards of a year. Nothing has been said about it being officially closed or a returning date. Camgirls have continued to get free toys during this time, occasionally with colors and patterns that the store will not attempt for other customers.
